“Dad, who suffers from dementia, has been a resident at Hamilton Park Nursing Home since July 2024. Since his admission, all the staff have been fantastic. They truly understand Dad’s needs—both physical and medical—and meet them with compassion and care. Nothing is too much for the staff; they are friendly and extremely attentive. Every single one of them knows Dad and his needs. He is never left alone for hours—every day, they get him out of bed, dressed, and bring him to the lounge with other residents. He is well-fed, and his personal care is excellent. I cannot praise the manager and all her staff enough for what they are doing for Dad. Knowing he is in such good hands makes things so much easier for us as a family. Thank you to all the staff for recognizing that Dad is still a human being and for treating him with dignity and kindness.”
